How to request edits on an ad
Here’s how to share your feedback and let our team know what you’d like to change.
Have a tweak in mind? Whether it’s a headline, an image, or a small detail, you can leave feedback right on the ad. Your notes give our team a clear picture of what you’d like to change.
Here’s how to send an edit request using the Status menu on your review page. You can follow along with the walkthrough below.
Request an edit
- Open your review link and find the ad you’d like us to adjust.
- Open its status menu and choose Edit Requested.
- In Feedback, tell us what you have in mind. For example: “Please make the headline larger in both formats.”
- Have new wording ready? Add it in Change copy. Otherwise, you can leave that field as it is.
- When you’re happy with your notes, select Submit. Your feedback will stay with the ad, ready for our team to pick up.
A little detail goes a long way
You don’t need design terminology to give helpful feedback. Just point out what you’d like to change and how you’d like it to look or read. A note like “Could we make the headline larger so it’s easier to read on a phone?” gives us a great starting point.
If you’re reviewing a few ads, leave your notes on each one so we can keep track of what goes where.
